Individual and parental coaching where we can work on skills such as self expression, emotional regulation, self esteem, etc.

A space where we have open discussions, coach you through difficult conversations and provide tips on how to communicate effectively. 

Family meetings where we help you navigate and improve difficult relationship dynamics between mother-daughter, father-son, etc.

Family meetings where we coach you through effective communication and provide tips on how to improve and/or maintain a positive family dynamic.
